Enjoying Life as God Intends

It has been a great blessing to walk together as a congregation through Subi Renew and Bridging Subi. While Bridging Subi presented inconveniences and difficulties, we have faced these issues together united in Christ.

As we come to the end of Bridging Subi, it is time to celebrate and rejoice. We rejoice because of God’s faithfulness to us throughout this journey. We celebrate because it represents a new era in the life of Subi Church as we seek to glorify God and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in our ministries. We published a devotional at the start of Subi Renew. It is only fitting then that we will publish another devotional at the start of Subi Rejoice. It is our prayer and hope that this devotional will encourage, bless and continue to foster unity as we celebrate God’s faithfulness.

The devotional articles contained in this devotional are written by members of our church, sharing their thoughts and meditations upon God’s Word and describing his grace upon their lives. Each devotional begins with a Scripture passage followed by their personal reflections, ending with a prayer. May you be blessed and encouraged about our great God the Father, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and our Comforter the Holy Spirit.

Please meditate upon the Scriptures that have been selected each day, and seek God through your own prayers. While the reflections of our brothers and sisters in Christ are encouraging, nothing surpasses the certainty and comfort of God’s own words found in the Scriptures. God has graciously given us his words and preserved it for us throughout the centuries. Let us always marvel at the fact that the God of the universe has chosen to speak to us and bless us through Jesus Christ.

So, let us celebrate together as we approach Subi Rejoice. Let us take joy in God’s faithfulness to us throughout this journey. Finally, let us continue to ask God for his help as we proclaim Christ to everyone “with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ.” (Colossians 1:28)

Starting from November 1st, we will be posting daily devotional articles here at our website. Here is the link to the devotionals.

To God be the glory.
